Photo Workshop In Garden

Gardens and Flowers
Photography Workshop
June 28-30The Yam
pa River Botanic Park is a jewel of Northwest Colorado and one of the few botanic parks in the state. The park sits on six acres and contains over 40 gardens.

This is a photographer’s paradise, the perfect opportunity to photograph a multitude of flowers in peak bloom.

This workshop focuses on flower and garden photography. While exploring every inch of this spectacular park we will learn different techniques for capturing stunning flower and garden images with an emphasis on lighting, exposure, composition, and controlling depth of field. Learn about macro and other techniques for creating captivating images of flowers and gardens. Workshops are a mix of lectures, shooting in the field, post-production work and critiques.

Jim tailors his instruction to meet the needs of each photographer regardless of skill level or camera equipment.
